Dehydrated raspberries are perfect for a healthy snack. They can be added to your cereals, your "cocktails", in your yogurt and others. They are a very good source of iron, fiber and vitamin C. Raspberries come from Quebec and the United States depending on the availability of the products.

Berries were probably the first foods to be consumed by our hunter-gatherer ancestors, long before grains and herbs. Remains of blackberries have been found in the oldest human dwellings excavated in Europe. It was not until the first centuries of our era that the raspberry plant was domesticated and improved to produce larger fruits.
