To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging .
Stolen package : we are not responsible for packages that are stolen after delivery.
Fresh fruit : Fresh products are guaranteed up to 5 days after delivery. We will not be responsible for products that are not properly stored or otherwise after delivery.
Dehydrated fruits and vegetables and fruit powder : The products are guaranteed for up to 14 days after delivery. Monitor your purchases upon receipt to follow up if they are altered or otherwise. Our policy lasts 14 days following receipt of the food for a possible return.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Refund : Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or rejected. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain time frame.
Exchanges : We can replace a product if it has been altered or otherwise during delivery under certain conditions.
